3. Order Processing & Acceptance

All orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, suspicious activity, or stock constraints). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not guarantee acceptance; it simply acknowledges receipt. Final acceptance occurs when we ship your product(s).

  • Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase products on our Site.
  • Accuracy of information: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency where indicated) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. In case of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure Shopify payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to most locations via trusted carriers. Processing times generally range 1–3 business days, and shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare and wellness consumables, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Unopened & unused products: Must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged product, please send photos and description within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
  • Final sale items: Certain items (e.g., opened skincare, sealed wellness supplements, intimate wellness tools) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
