Return & Refund Policy
Primavera Club Health — your satisfaction and safety matter. Because we sell wellness, health, and skincare products, we have a transparent, hygiene-conscious return policy.
1. Our Return Commitment
At Primavera Club Health, we stand behind the quality of our natural wellness and skincare products. However, due to the intimate nature of these items and for your safety, we enforce a strict yet fair return policy. Please read carefully before initiating a return. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
🛡️ Health & Hygiene First: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used skincare, supplements, or wellness consumables. This protects all our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ve got you covered — see Section 5.
2. Return Eligibility (Unopened & Unused)
To qualify for a return or refund, products must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging — including all seals, safety wraps, and boxes intact.
- Requested within 14 days of delivery date (tracking confirmation used).
- Proof of purchase (order number, email receipt) is required.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, without any signs of tampering.
Any product that appears used, tested, or with broken seals will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened skincare products (moisturizers, serums, cleansers, masks, oils, etc.)
- Supplements, vitamins, herbal tinctures, or any ingestible wellness products (even if sealed — due to temperature and storage variability)
- Personal care items (lip balms, deodorants, bath salts, body brushes, etc. if opened)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
- Free samples or promotional items
⚠️ Important: If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot make exceptions due to health regulations.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@primaveaclub.us or call (786) 919-8803.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged/defective product, and the packaging (including shipping box).
- We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item with a prepaid shipping label; otherwise, we may issue a refund without return.
We are committed to making it right. Please do not discard any packaging until we resolve your claim.
5. How to Initiate a Return (Eligible Unopened Items)
📦 Simple return process:
- Email us at info@primaveaclub.us with subject line “RETURN REQUEST - [Order Number]”. Include your full name, reason for return, and photos of the unopened product (showing intact seals).
- We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address (Miami, FL area).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value returns. Primavera Club Health is not liable for lost or stolen return packages.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.). Here’s what to expect:
- Refund amount: Full product price (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error).
- Inspection period: Once your return arrives, allow up to 7 business days for inspection.
- Refund posting: After approval, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial refunds: If items are returned with missing parts, damaged original packaging, or signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. If you haven’t received funds after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different products due to inventory variability. If you wish to exchange an unopened, eligible item for another product, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item. For defective items, we will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost (see Section 4).
8. Return Shipping Costs
For returns of non-defective, unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping (which we paid to the carrier) may be deducted from your refund. For defective/wrong items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs with proof of postage.
9. International Returns
At this time, Primavera Club Health primarily ships within the United States. For any international orders (if available), return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. International returns may take longer to process. Please contact us before returning any international shipment.
